This 30-minute session offers focused support for clients who have a specific health concern or recent medical report they’d like explained. While I do not diagnose or make treatment recommendations, I will help you understand what your health information means and provide education to support your next steps. This session is ideal if you: • Have one report, lab result, or scan summary you’d like reviewed • Need clarification before a follow-up with your provider • Want to build confidence in understanding your condition or terminology • Prefer a shorter session that still delivers clear, supportive insight We'll use this time to break down key terms, explain relevant anatomy or body functions if needed, and help you feel more informed and empowered in your care journey.
